We want you to adore your Spicy Culture pieces just as much as we loved creating them. If something’s not quite right, don’t stress — eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

How to Lodge a Return

All return requests must be submitted via our Returns Centre within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, you'll have 5 days to send the item(s) back before your return labels expires.

If you added Free Returns at checkout:

If you selected Free Returns at checkout, your return label is fully covered, and you won't need to pay for a label to send your item(s) back. Simply follow the steps in the portal.

If you didn't add Free Returns:

You'll need to purchase a return label through the Returns Centre when submitting your request. We offer the lowest rates through our partnered services.

Returns Policy for Lingerie Items

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, bodystockings, mesh apparel, fishnet items, hosiery, or any other close-to-skin intimate styles. This policy exists to protect the health, safety, and hygiene of our customers.

All sales of these items are final.

We only provide a refund or replacement if an item arrives faulty or damaged. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your claim and assist promptly.

Returns Policy for Non-Lingerie Items

At Spicy Culture, we want you to love every item you purchase. While lingerie is final sale due to hygiene reasons, we offer a return policy for some non-lingerie items to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following must be met:

1. Return Lodged Within 14 Days

You must submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Requests outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

2. Item Must Be Unworn & Unused

The product must show no signs of wear or use. This includes:

  • No stretching, damage, scuffs, or marks
  • No perfume, deodorant, makeup, tan, or body oils
  • No signs of handling beyond basic inspection
3. Item Must Be Undamaged

The product must be in original, sellable condition. Any impact, dents, bends, scratches, fraying, or alterations will void eligibility.

4. Original Packaging Required

The item must be returned with all original packaging, including:

  • Tags
  • Labels
  • Protective bags/boxes
  • Accessories or attachments included with the product

Packaging must be intact and untampered with. Items missing any component are not eligible.

5. No Hygiene Seal or Packaging Tampering

Products with hygiene seals or protective packaging must be completely unopened and unbroken.

6. Not a Restricted or Final Sale Item

The item must not fall under Spicy Culture’s non-returnable categories, including:

  • Lingerie
  • Mesh, fishnet, bodystocking styles
  • Hosiery
  • Nipple pasties
  • Face gems
  • Digital items
  • Sale/discounted products
  • Anything opened, used, or damaged

Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain the highest hygiene, safety, and product integrity standards, the following items are strictly not eligible for return, exchange, or refund (unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival):

1. Lingerie & Intimate Apparel

This includes all intimate garments such as bras, panties, bodysuits, teddies, and any apparel designed to sit directly against the skin.

All intimate items are final sale.

2. Mesh, Fishnet & Bodystocking Styles

Due to the delicate, high-stretch nature of these garments—and their direct contact with the body—we cannot accept returns for mesh dresses, fishnet sets, bodystockings, or one-size stretch pieces.

3. Hosiery & Stockings

Tights, thigh-highs, socks, and hosiery cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene reasons.

4. Nipple Pasties

These items are adhesive-based and come into close skin contact. For hygiene and safety, returns or exchanges are not permitted.

5. Face Gems & Face Jewels

Adhesive body and face decorations are single-use and skin-contact products; therefore, all sales are final.

6. Sale or Discounted Items

Items purchased at a discounted price, including sale items, clearance items, promotional deals, or “last chance” stock, cannot be returned unless faulty.

7. Used, Worn, or Damaged Items

Any item that shows signs of wear, use, fragrance, makeup, deodorant, bodily oils, or has been stretched, damaged, or altered in any way cannot be returned.

8. Items Not in Original Condition

We cannot accept returns for items that are missing their original packaging, hygiene seals, labels, accessories, or have been opened or tampered with.

9. Items Used for Photoshoots or Content Creation

Any product used for styling, photography, filming, OnlyFans content, TikTok creation, or social media shoots is considered used and is not eligible for return.

10. Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for any reason, including incorrect choice, sizing issues, colour preference, or simply changing your personal preference after ordering.

11. Digital Products

All digital items—including e-books, guides, downloads, templates, and files—are non-refundable due to the instant-access nature of digital delivery.

Processing Time

Please allow 7 business days from when your return is tracked as delivered to process your return.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or cancelled orders.
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Refunds will only be issued if a faulty item cannot be replaced or store credit applied to the customer account. Other refunds will be processed to the original payment method and will incur a $10 fee.

Exchanges

At this stage we do not offer direct product exchanges. You will be issued a store credit back to your account that can be used to purchase a different size or style.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your item may have arrived faulty or damaged. We understand how disappointing this can be, and we’re here to make it right as quickly as possible.

How to Lodge a Faulty Item Claim

Please contact us immediately at hello@spicyculture.com.au with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the fault
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your order number

This allows our team to investigate and assist you promptly.

What Happens Next

Once the fault is confirmed:

  • We will email you a prepaid return shipping label
  • The item will need to be returned to us for inspection
  • Our team will assess whether the issue is a manufacturing fault, transit damage, or general wear and tear
Resolution Options

If the item is confirmed faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced, one of the following will be issued:

  • A full store credit, allowing you to repurchase once the item is restocked
  • A refund, if a store credit is not suitable or if the item will not be restocked

We always aim to provide the fairest and fastest resolution possible.

Important Notes
  • No fees will be charged for refunds or returns when the issue is caused by a manufacturing fault or an error on our part.
  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect handling, wear and tear, stretching, friction, improper care, or removing protective elements is not considered a fault and is not eligible for return.
  • Intimate items (lingerie, mesh, fishnet, bodystockings, hosiery, etc.) remain final sale and are not eligible for return unless confirmed faulty.

Sale Items

Sale Items: Not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credits.

All sale item purchases are final.

Change of Mind Policy

At Spicy Culture, we want you to love every piece you order. However, due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept change-of-mind returns under any circumstances.

This includes (but is not limited to) returns based on:

  • Choosing the wrong size or colour
  • Deciding the item is not your style
  • Purchasing the wrong item by mistake
  • No longer wanting or needing the item
  • Finding the item cheaper elsewhere
  • Gift purchases that are unsuitable

All orders are final once placed.

Please choose carefully, read product descriptions, and contact us prior to checkout if you need assistance with sizing, materials, or fit.

This policy ensures the safety, integrity, and hygiene of all customers.

Promotions, Sales and Discount Codes

Promotions, sales, or discount codes cannot be backdated or applied to past orders.

Discount codes also cannot be added after checkout under any circumstances.

Return to Sender

If a package finds its way back to us because of an address mishap or it wasn’t collected, you’ll need to cover the re-shipping.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty or the mistake was on our end.

  • If you added Free Returns at checkout, your return label is covered, and you won’t need to pay to send your item(s) back.
  • If you didn’t add Free Returns, you’ll need to purchase a return label through our Returns Centre We offer the lowest rates through our partnered services.

Items sent back without prior approval or without the order number included in the package may not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

We cannot guarantee any order changes once an order is confirmed, as our fulfilment works extremely fast. Should you change your mind prior to your order being shipped, you will be issued a store credit.

Every Spicy Culture order is packed with love (and a little spice) right here in our Melbourne studio in Victoria, Australia.

Important Notes

Lost or Damaged Returns

Spicy Culture is not responsible for any items that become lost, delayed, or damaged while being returned to us.

To protect your parcel, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service. This gives you peace of mind and ensures you can follow your return all the way back to our studio.

Oversold Items

In the rare event that an item becomes oversold or unavailable, we’ll contact you straight away with options.

You can choose from:

  • A replacement item,
  • A store credit, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method.

We’ll always aim to resolve this quickly and fairly.

Wrong Delivery

Oops — if we’ve accidentally sent you the wrong item, that’s on us.

Please email photos of what you received to hello@spicyculture.com.au, and we’ll sort it immediately.

Once the incorrect item is returned and received, we’ll ship the correct item to you at no cost.

Rejected Returns

If a returned item does not meet our return eligibility criteria (for example: used, worn, opened, damaged, or missing packaging), the return will be rejected.

The item will be sent back to you and return postage will be charged to the customer.

Address Changes

Address changes can only be made before your order is fulfilled.

Once your parcel has been shipped, we cannot divert or amend delivery details.

You may be able to request a redirect through Australia Post directly.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, redelivery fees will need to be paid by the customer.
