Every Spicy Culture order has hand packed with love, and dispatched by us from Victoria, Australia. We currently only ship within Australia.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However, during holidays, major sale periods, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may extend slightly.
Note: The shipping option you select (Standard or Express) refers to the speed of delivery once your order is handed over to AusPost. This does not include the picking and packing time. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic (Australia)
- Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Customers in metropolitan areas may receive their orders faster than those in regional or rural areas. These estimates are provided by AusPost and are subject to variation.
Order Modification
We are unable to combine orders. If you'd like to add items to an order after it has been placed, please email us with the items you'd like to add and if possible we will combine the orders. We will then send you an invoice for the additional items.
Please do not create a new order, as we cannot refund shipping fees and both orders will be packed separately.

- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100
Pre-orders
If your order includes pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order stock is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
AusPost Shipping Delays
External factors such as public holidays, customs processing, or postal delays can affect delivery times. Once your parcel is with AusPost, we have limited control over the process. If your order is delayed, contact AusPost directly for updates.
Customer Pick-ups
Unfortunately, we do not offer in-person pick-ups or pre-purchase viewings.
Address Issues
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Please double-check your address before finalising your order.
Lost Orders
While we do everything, we can to ensure your parcel arrives safely, we cannot offer refunds for lost orders. Please track your shipment and ensure a safe delivery spot is available.
Failure to Collect
If your order is redirected to a collection point and not picked up within the carrier's timeframe, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, you will not be refunded for the goods, shipping, or customs fees. You will have the option to pay for re-shipping once the parcel is received back by us.
